1.3 Wallet/Payment Information
When you enter your payment information, we require you to provide your name, billing address, email and telephone number and payment information. 1.4 Anonymous Information

Automatically Tracking Internet Protocol (IP) addresses is one method of automatically collecting information about your activities online and information volunteered by you. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your device whenever you surf the internet. Further, we may utilize web beacons, pixel tags, cookies (including third-party cookies), embedded links, and other commonly used information-gathering tools. We may also collect device identifiers.

1.5 Gamelancer Data
If you choose to become a Gamelancer, in addition to the information disclosed above, we collect information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and social network usernames and payment information. We collect and use this data for the purpose of creating and maintaining user accounts, communicating with consumers, processing payments, providing customer service, verifying customer information, providing advertising or marketing services, for auditing related to interactions with consumers (including ad impressions, troubleshooting, debugging, analyzing, auditing, and verifying the integrity of Company systems, and to comply with legal obligations. On occasion we also use the data collected in this class to provide information about products and services offered by Company or our business partners. 1.6 Third Party Sources
We collect information about you from third-party sources, including but not limited to gaming platforms, social media platforms, or other third-party platforms, and combine it with data we collect directly from you. 1.9 What You Share With the Public
While using the Service you may be able to display or share videos, pictures or other information during a session, in direct messages or in your profile on the Service. Information that you share in this manner will not be considered Personal Information, and will not be protected under the terms set forth in this policy. Your profile pages will be public, and as such, any User Content you make available on those pages will be publicly available.
2. UNDER 13 PRIVACY STATEMENT
We do not target the Service to individuals under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly permit Users to register for the Service if they are under the age of 13. If we become aware that a User is under the age of 13 and has registered for the Service, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our system. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 13 who has provided personally identifiable information to us without your approval, please inform us by contacting us via our “Contact Us” page or at the email address below and we will remove such information from our system.
3. SHARING INFORMATION COLLECTED WITH THIRD PARTIES, CONSULTANTS, AND AFFILIATES
We may share your Personal Information with our business associates, consultants, service providers, advisors and affiliates in order for them to provide services to us and to you, including marketing services and payment processing, to enable us to provide the Service.
We may provide other companies with statistical information about our Users and/or Gamelancers—but this information will not be used to identify any individual User and/or Gamelancer.
Our Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, to help us analyze how Users use the Service. You may be able to opt-out of Google’s collection. In addition, we may use other analytics platforms that may collect similar information during your use of our Site. Additionally, we may transfer your information to a successor in interest, which may include but may not be limited to a third-party in the event of an acquisition, sale, merger or bankruptcy. Under such a circumstance, this policy may no longer govern your data.

Our Site may contain links to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. When you leave our Site to visit another website or application, please read the privacy statements of websites that may collect personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through our Site.
5. SECURITY
We employ industry standard organizational, procedural, and technical safeguards to secure data in our possession, consistent with the sensitivity level of such data. Regardless of the precautions we take, no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
6. EUROPEAN UNION RESIDENTS – GDPR
The following additional provisions apply to Personal Information collected from European Union residents located therein by our site at the time the data is collected. For EU data subjects, in the event of any conflict between these provisions and those set forth above, these provisions shall control. The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) governs the processing and protection of your Personal Information and affords you the following rights you can enforce by contacting us at support@gamelancer.com.
You may access, update, or delete your Personal Information by contacting us at email address support@gamelancer.com. Thereafter, our retention of such information will depend upon the data necessary for any services purchased or otherwise required for our legitimate business purpose, legal or contractual record keeping requirements. You may request that we cease the use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes also by contacting us at support@gamelancer.com. Notwithstanding the forgoing, exceptions may apply for data maintained:

- In relation to resolving, defending or enforcing our rights;
- For accurate business and financial reporting.

7. CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS – CCPA
7.1 Your Rights Regarding Your Information

The information we collect from you in connection with this verification of your identity will be used solely for the purposes of verification. Note that we have the right to refuse certain requests and maintain information where permitted by applicable law.
7.2 Designation of Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your disclosure and deletion rights under the CCPA. If you wish to do this, you must provide the agent with written permission to exercise your rights, and you must submit proof that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf. You have a right to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA, and we never discriminate in any way against Users who choose to exercise any of these CCPA rights.

We may offer electronic newsletters and e-mails concerning promotions, new products and services, or other marketing materials as a service to our Users. You may receive newsletters and e-mails concerning promotions and marketing of ours, after you register. The rules for any such promotion, if not covered herein will be disclosed at the time of such promotion before you sign up. If, after you have received such a message, you no longer wish to receive such materials, you may opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each such communication.
9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time by posting the latest version of the policy on this page. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. In the event that we make a change that is material to your rights under this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated in a manner that is conspicuous, such as on the main page of the Service, in addition to posting the change here.
